By registering for, accessing, or using any Desk Simplified product — including DS Workspace — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
DS Workspace is a B2B operations platform providing project management, task tracking, HR management, document collaboration, forms, digital signatures, and workforce analytics for organizations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of services.
You agree not to use our platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful software; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; (d) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform at scale without written permission; (e) use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame any person; or (f) resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in our refund policy. We use Stripe for international customers and Razorpay for Indian customers — Desk Simplified never stores raw card data; all payment information is handled by our payment processors.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to re-charge over a 7-day grace period. After 7 days without successful payment, your account may be downgraded or suspended. You remain responsible for all charges accrued prior to cancellation.
Desk Simplified owns all intellectual property rights in the DS Workspace platform, including the software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights.
Your Content — all data, documents, employee records, and business data you upload to the platform remain yours. You grant Desk Simplified a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We will never use your proprietary business data to train AI models or for cross-customer benchmarking.
Desk Simplified provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Desk Simplified be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
